We are looking for a Senior PM/Estimator who has existing relationships with vendors and subcontractors to join this expansion. If that sounds like you, lets connect.Responsibilities:Oversee high-end construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and budget control.

Lead project estimation efforts, including material and labor cost assessments, subcontractor negotiations, and bid preparation.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.Manage project schedules, resources, and teams to meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to promote professional growth and project success.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of successfully managing and estimating high-end construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.Strong proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
